اینجانب علیرضا صدرثقة الاسلامی فرزند منوچهر به کد ملی (007******8) به اطلاع قوه قضائیه، وکلا و مردم میرسانم که در عمر خود تاکنون برای پیگیری دادگاه فقط با دو موضوع به سه وکیل وکالت داده ام و هیچ وکیل دیگری برای پیگیری هیچ نوع دادگاه تا کنون نداشته و ندارم ( هر سه وکیل از بهترین وکلا هستند و پرونده ها به نفع من مختومه شد و کمال رضایت را از ایشان دارم) .

- در حوالی سال 1389 به جناب آقای (مجید بیگی) وکیل دادگستری وکالت دادم تا در مورد اختلاف مستاجر-مالک ملک استیجاری در حوالی خیابان خوش پیگیری فرمایند. چنانچه ایشان به وکیل یا فرد دیگری توکیل کرده باشند در همین مورد بوده است. ایشان در مورد دیگر اختیار وکالت نداشته اند. وکالت ایشان در همان ایام به پایان رسیده است و باطل شده است ایشان در رابطه با موضوع دیگری وکیل نبوده و نیستند.
- در سال1397 برای پیگیری اختلاف حقوقی و کیفری بین اینجانب و شرکت (فراسو سامانه پاسارگاد) که خدمات اینترنت و آی تی میدهد من به سرکار خانم (سعداء عباس آبادی) و جناب آقای (مصطفی شعبانی) وکالت داده بودم این وکالت فقط در رابطه با دادگاه من و شرکت فراسو سامانه پاسارگاد معتبر بوده است و بعد از حکم دادگاه وکالت به پایان رسید و اکنون وکیل من نیستند و چنانچه ایشان به افراد و وکلای دیگری توکیل کرده باشند در رابطه با همان پرونده نرم افزار بوده و اینک از درجه اعتبار ساقط است.
- به غیر از دو مورد فوق من برای هیچ موردی از قبیل امور حقوقی یا کیفری و ملکی و دادگاه به هیچ وکیل دادگستری تاکنون وکالت نداده ام.
نکات مهم در مورد وکالت خانم (سعدا عباس آبادی) و آقای (مصطفی شعبانی):
- پس از پایان دادگاه من خواستار پایان وکالت و ابطال هر دو برگه وکالت شدم . آقای شعبانی گفتند که برگه دوم وکالتنامه که نزد ایشان است گم شده و فقط روی برگه ای که نزد من مانده بود نوشتند که وکالتنامه اعتبارش تمام شده است.
- در حالیکه موضوع وکالت من پیگیری اختلافات حقوقی و کیفری بر سر نرم افزاری که از فراسو خریداری کردم بوده است. وکیل اینجانب وکالتنامه را با اختیار بسیار بالا برای خود و برخی موضوعات شبیه دعوای ملک و املاک در قرارداد وکالتنامه نوشته اند
- دو مورد فوق الذکر باعث شد این سایت را بزنم و عکس بخشی از وکالتنامه را بگذارم. من از فعالیت ایشان رضایت دارم ولی چون نسخه های دیگر وکالتنامه رویش باطل شد نوشته نشده است برای جلوگیری از هرگونه استفاده از آنها من این مطلب را نوشته ام.
- خوب بود در قرارداد وکالت موضوع و اختیارات انقدر گسترده نوشته نشود و فقط در رابطه با دعوا تنظیم گردد.
- من با اظهارنامه قضائی این دو وکیل را قطعا از طریق اظهارنامه قضائی در تاریخ 13970604عزل کرده بودم
- کاش قوه قضائیه و دادگستری ترتیباتی اتخاذ کند تا وکالتهای دعاوی از طرف مردم به راحتی قابل پیگیری و کنترل باشند.

Notification and an announcement and declaration of Alireza Sadr Seghatoleslami about his deposal lawyers.
I am mr Alireza Sadr Seghatoleslami (علیرضا صدر ثقه الاسلامی) son of Manouchehr Iran-national-code: 007*****98 declare for Justice and All people of the world , that, heretofore (before now), i have chosen three lawyers for only two subjects and i have not any other lawyer for any subject or any complaint or any prosecution.
If anybody had introduced to you, or, has introduced to you , or , will introduce to you, that , he/she is my lawyer , please contact me by this email (alireza.sse.iran@gmail.com) because and maybe he/she is a faker for cheating justice.
1) Mr Majid Brygi مجید بیگی about 2010-1389 for i complaint against owner of my rented house and only about that non-criminal subject. His attorney only about rented house in Khosh street in Tehran, Iran. His attorney terminated when less than one year i won.
2) mr Mostafa Shaebani مصطفی شعبانی و and ms Saeda Abbass Abadi سعداء عباس آبادی و only for defense against Faraso Samaneh Pasargad فراسو سامانه پاسارگاد they has not permitted work about other subject that not associated with that defense. they attorney terminated in 13970508-20180730.
3) Except these 2 subjects i had not had and i have not had any other lawyer for any other subject. and if anybody has claimed is my lawyer he/she has not been permitted by me to be my lawyer. Also lawyers of items of 1 and 2, only permitted be lawyer of me for that 2 subjects and associated subjects and if they claimed are lawyer of me about any other subject they has not been permitted. as you see attorney of all 2 lawyers had been terminated less than one years they counteract me.
Important Notices:
A) Mostafa Shaebani and Saeda Abbass Abadi by Mostafa Shaebani in 13970508 said me that they had lost their papers of my attorney and in a paper Mostafa Shaebani wrote me attorney has terminated.
B) As you see in paper of attorney they had permitted to owns, for claiming and complaining and defensing about all any subjects against all any persons, but i never had permitted in mind they have such subjects/privilege. therefore if they have won in any other 2 subjects that i explained in items 1 and 2 they have complained for subjects that i had not wanted complain against them and they can complain against these lawyers.
C) I wish in Iran administrative of Justice, prevent lawyers to write such large permissions for justice lawyering. This kind of large subjects/privilege attorney papers has been customed by many lawyers.
D) In 13970604-20180824 i sent a declaration by Electronic Justice Office to these 2 lawyers and deposed these lawyers from all any subjects and said them that they has permitted only about defense me from that complaint that Faraso Samaneh Passargad (فراسو سامانه پاسارگاد) had opened against me and all needed associated complaint from me against it and its complaints supporters and lawyers.
E) I wish in Iran each person is be abele to control and pursuit its lawyers by online and official systems.
